David S. Greydanus, J.D.

Mr. Greydanus is a licensed and practicing Michigan attorney who has over 25 years of police experience. He is also a certified Michigan Police Officer.  Greydanus "wrote the book" that is used by thousands of police officers throughout the State of Michigan.  The reality is that Dave is the lead author of Michigan Criminal Law and Police Procedure which is used in basic police academies across Michigan.  Dave is the go to guy for any and all police issues related to Michigan criminal law and police procedure.  He has taught legal courses for the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, Eastern Michigan University's School of Police Staff and Command, Mid-Michigan Community College, Lansing Community College and Ferris State University, the Michigan State Police and numerous local law enforcement agencies.  Mr. Greydanus teaches courses on Criminal Law and Police Procedure.for MLETA.

Timothy B. Gibbons, J.D.

Mr. Gibbons is a licensed and practicing Michigan attorney who has 16 years of police experience. Gibbons is also a certified Michigan Police Officer.  His practice includes representing federal, state and local police officers, administrators and agencies in both state and federal court.  Tim has a wide variety of law enforcement experience that includes experience as a patrolman, tactical officer, detective, and road patrol supervisor  Mr. Gibbons teaches courses on Police Civil Liability, Use of Force, SWAT, Police K-9 Law and Police Supervisor Liability for MLETA.

Brett M. Naumcheff, M.S, J.D.

Mr. Naumcheff is a licensed and practicing Michigan attorney who has 27 years of police experience. Naumcheff is also a certified Michigan Police Officer.  His practice includes representing federal, state and local police officers, administrators and agencies in both state and federal court. In addition, he is General Counsel for a variety of public safety unions thoughout the State of Michigan.  Brett has taught legal courses for the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, Eastern Michigan University's School of Police Staff and Command, Central Michigan University, Mid Michigan Community College, Muskegon Community College, the Michigan State Police, the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police and numerous local law enforcement agencies.  Mr. Naumcheff teaches courses on Police Civil Liability, Use of Force, and Police Discipline Law for MLETA.

Terry E. Tobias, J.D.

Mr. Tobias is a licensed and practicing Michigan attorney.  Tobias is a retired Police Chief who now serves as a City Attorney for a variety of local municipalities.  His practice includes representing federal, state and local police officers, administrators and agencies in both state and federal court. Mr. Tobias serves as a law enforcement consultant is involved with the MLETA Police Administrator Law Series.

Vincent J. Collura, J.D.

Mr. Collura a licensed and practicing Michigan attorney who has 24 years of police experience.  Collura is also a certified Michigan Police Officer.  His practice includes representing federal, state and local police officers, administrators and agencies in both state and federal court. In addition, Vince has a wide variety of law enforcement experience that includes SWAT and undercover operations.  Mr. Collura teaches course on Police Civil Liability, Use of Force, SWAT, Constitutional Law, and Police Discipline for MLETA.
